I have to say that I was very concerned…

I have to say that I was very concerned reading reviews after I spent $500 on a pair of sunglasses. I did no research beforehand. I was hoping for the best but preparing for the worst. I ordered a pair of Oakley’s w/prescription lenses. I ordered on a Sunday and got the glasses in less than two weeks. The prescription is as accurate as I would expect. I think the difference was that my glasses were produced and sent out of GA from what looks like a third party company. Bottom line is if you are looking for cheap glasses you will get what you pay for. Don’t skimp on your vision!

Really very idiot people working there…

Really very idiot people working there they don’t know read prescriptions. Many times explain right side presbiopya and left side astigmatism they charge my card 3 weeks ago I didn’t get nothing just only many emails
My prescription it’s wrong Cohen’s famous company how it’s wrong the prescription finally I cancel 5 orders contact lenses

Absolutely the worst company I have…

Absolutely the worst company I have every dealt with online. Glasses arrived with a bent frame. They accepted the return but have refused to reinstate my insurance benefits. i talked with the insurance company which gave me all the particulars for the reinstatement of benefits they sent to Glasses.com including the check number of the reimbursement. A supervisor at Glasses.com told me they wouldn't do anything about it even after having given them specific dates AND the check no. Quote from the supervisor: "We have no way to talk to our finance dept. to verify this." Unbelievable!!!

Glasses did not have the right prescription

I've done online ordering for my glasses for 12 years. This year I decided to try Glasses.com. when I received them t quickly tried them on and they fit fine but seemed a little off. I chocked it up to getting use to them. I took to long to have my optometrist check them out, both lenses were off and the reading portion was way off. Since I was over the 60 day return policy I'm stuck with unusable glasses. You would think the limit would be longer for manufactured defects. Anyway, I can't recommend they.

Placed an order for glasses without…

Placed an order for glasses without realizing the shipping address was not correct. Apparently they have no way to cancel an order or modify it after it is placed. I spent over an hour on the phone speaking with Desiree Williams who told me all this stuff. Basically... oh yea we will take care of it and make sure you get refunded for the glasses and have a new pair sent to the correct address. Turned out to be a tactic to get me off the phone call because not a single thing she said ended up happening. The glasses shipped to the wrong address and I never got them.... Left at a house I don't live at anymore. So no way to return them either. Very frustrating to have to write this review after I thought everything was resolved. I feel stupid because I actually believed this person was going to take care of me.

Purchased glasses

Purchased glasses, they came without the coatings I payed for. Return was easy but I’m told my refund was given to me when it clearly has not. I waited a substantial amount of time and have been patient. Zeelol has given better service and quality for a cheaper amount. DO BETTER Glasses.com.

Poorest service ever. Stay away.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I placed a order last week. Sent over my prescription and received confirmation they had my prescription. No one followed up with me and no email sent to me. I followed up today and then they told me they don’t have my prescription, but if I gave them my prescription they would send me my glasses. I am now already behind almost a week. They said they wouldn’t give me my money back for 15 days. I stated I’m going to contact my bank and report them as a fraudulent claim. I would never ever do business with this company . They didn’t offer any resolution at all for poor service. Very poor company. Do not buy your glasses there.

Paid extra for "express service," but…

Paid extra for "express service," but glasses still arrived late and no explanation or refund of that fee was offered. I returned them without even opening the box. They had them back on July 26 and, as of August 15th, I'm still awaiting a credit on the credit card I used to buy them. Word to the wise: if you order from these folks and use a credit card, do it at the BEGINNING of that card's billing cycle! Otherwise, you're likely to incur finance charges should you decide to return them. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them unless you DON'T need prescription lenses and are just buying a close-out off-the-shelf product.

Don’t do it.

I placed an order for prescription eyeglasses, received a confirmation email, and my credit card was charged. Then a month goes by without hearing anything from these people, I was so busy I hadn’t even noticed it had been that long until out of the blue I receive a refund for the glasses. Without hearing anything from them. Three weeks after that, I get an email from them saying that they shipped my glasses.. and then they attempted to charge my card AGAIN! Thankfully I had already locked that card, but I was still shocked..I will be even more surprised if the glasses end up being delivered after all. Do NOT do business with this “company” !!

Anywhere but here

The absolute worst place to order glasses. Wrong prescription then they lost my glasses. So now I'm out money and don't get new glasses for another 2 years. RUN!!!!
